Symptom: When doing EIGRP over DMVPN the hub forms a neighbor adjacency with the spoke, but the spoke shows no sign of forming an adjacency with the hub.
Possible Solution: Your nhs is configured wrong on the spoke.  Double-check to make sure that you are using the tunnel address of the hub in the command ip [...]
